Servicing & Maintenance
It is very important to have your Gas Fire serviced on a regular basis, to make sure that it is burning correctly and efficiently.
During the Annual service of your Fire, the product will be stripped and cleaned, gas pressures checked, Chimney flue flow tests, parts replaced if required, and the operation of the fire, fully tested on completion.

Landlord Gas Safety Inspections
All Landlords are required to have their gas appliances inspected regularly to make sure they’re efficient & safe. It’s the law, as stated in the Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations 1998. The Landlord Gas Safety Certificate is the report which lists all the checks carried out in your annual Gas Safety Inspection
It is a legal requirement for Landlords to have all gas appliances, pipework, chimneys and flues checked every 12 Months to make sure the Property they are renting out is safe for their tenants.
Some of my existing Customers may also be Landlords and I may be able provide this necessary service, if requested. Unfortunately, I can only carry out inspections for my existing Customers.

Installation
Unfortunately, I am no longer in a position to offer such a comprehensive Installation service as previously carried out by Aberdeen Fireplace Centre, but I will continue to offer a reduced Installation service. This will include Replacing your existing gas or electric fire, if you feel it needs to be updated, its past its best or you are just looking for a change.
Unfortunately, I can only offer an Installation service for my existing Customers
I can also source and deliver Gas or Electric Fires, Fireplaces, Stoves, Flue Materials, Marble, Mantels and Fireside Accessories on a supply only basis. Please visit our Suppliers page for some ideas.
